Shipping is free on all orders, in Thailand and worldwide.

Payment and processing

After you place your order, we will contact you on WhatsApp or SMS to confirm your preferred payment method. We start preparing your order once payment is received.

Delivery times

In-stock sizes ship in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order sizes take about 4–6 weeks to make before shipping, depending on the design. If your order includes items with different timelines, we will keep you updated. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination.

Denora is based in Bangkok, and we ship worldwide through trusted courier partners.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total unless stated otherwise.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
