We want you to love your jewelry. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and getting help if something feels off.
Can I return my order?
Eligible ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
A few exceptions
Custom-made pieces, personalized designs, wedding bands, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless there’s a quality issue.
Need an exchange instead?
If you’d like to exchange an eligible item, contact us and we’ll walk you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

Once approved and received, we’ll process your refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
